GENERAL INFORMATION

1. The TaRama ©  store sells products via the tarama.pl online store in the form of a distance contract, between the ordering party - hereinafter referred to as the Customer, and the Seller.

3. The Seller reserves the right to amend the Regulations at any time by publishing a new version of the Regulations on the website.


INFORMATION ABOUT PRODUCTS

1. All products offered in the TaRama © store are new, free of defects.

2. The images of the products on the Seller's site are for illustrative purposes only. The products that are delivered to the Customer may vary slightly from those images – it refers mainly to wood shading and graining, location of knots and other features of wood as natural material. Although the Seller has made every effort to display the colours accurately, the Seller cannot guarantee that the Customer's computer will display the colours accurately or reflect the colour of the products. In addition, on the shop pages in the "engraving colour" tab, the Seller indicates exact numbering (from the universal NCS colour chart) of used product colouring.

3. The specification and available range of products is subject to change. All prices are subject to change, but the changes will not affect any order accepted by the Seller. The Seller has the right to introduce price discounts and special offers. 


INFORMATION ABOUT ORDERS

1. Please read these Regulations carefully before ordering any products from the Seller's website. These Regulations tell the Customer how the products are provided to the Customer, how the Customer and the Seller may end the contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information. If the Customer does not agree to these Regulations the Customer must not order any product through the Seller's online store. 

2. Orders placed via the online store, can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, throughout the year.

3. Orders are also accepted via e-mail.

4. The Customer makes purchases by placing an order for certain products offered in the Store. Orders are accepted using the order form that can be found on online store tarama.pl.

5. All orders are subject to acceptance by the Seller. The Seller will send a confirmation e-mail to the Customer after receiving the order and this will constitute acceptance by the Seller. The contract between the Seller and the Customer will only be made when the Seller sends this email to the Customer. 

6. To proceed the order, it is necessary to provide with the Customer's contact details: name, surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address.

7. The Seller will try to contact the Customer in order to supplement any incomplete data provided by the Customer, or may cancel the order.

8. Every effort will be made to deliver the products as soon as possible after your order has been accepted, and in any event within 21 days of your order acceptance - except when the customer chose another option via the order form.

9. The Seller reserves the right to periodic restrictions or exclude the accessibility of the online store or placing orders, for technical or organizational reasons.

10. When paying with the card, the order processing time is counted from the moment of obtaining the positive payment authorization.


INFORMATION ABOUT PAYMENT

1.Ownership of the products passes to the Customer when the Seller receives full payment of all sums due in respect of the products, including delivery charges.  

2. The price displayed when choosing the payment system sis be the final price including the cost of product delivery. To see the relevant delivery charges for a product, please refer to our Delivery page. 

3. Foreign shipments within the EU, Switzerland and Norway can be paid by:

- credit card or by bank transfer using the online payment platform – PayPal.

4. In case when the Customer's delivery address is placed outside the following: EU member states, Switzerland, Norway, the Seller shall contact The Customer within 5 working days to finalise the transaction. 

5. In the case of payment via bank transfer, if within 7 working days after placing the order, the payment does not affect the Seller's account and there is no possibility of contacting the Customer, the Seller shall cancel the order.

6. In the case when the Seller realises after placing an order by the Customer that the ordered product is not available, or for any other easons the order can not be performed, the Seller shall inform the Customer immediately by e-mail or telephone. In such case, the Customer shall have the right to cancel the contract, and the funds transferred to the benefit of the Seller shall be returned within 7 days from the date of receiving the information about withdrawal from the contract by the Seller. The Customer shall also have the right to express the willingness to execute the order within the deadline agreed individually with the Seller. 


DELIVERY OF ORDERED PRODUCTS

1. The shipping time is counted from the moment the customer's payment is recognized on the Seller's bank account.

2. Parcels are delivered by courier. Delivery dates depend on the individual choice of the Customer, made via the order form on the website.

3. The cost of the shipment depends on its weight and the company performing the delivery. The detailed shipping cost is visible each time after selecting the products and delivery method, before final confirmation of the order and is included in the total order price. Courier shipment outside the territory of European Union are estimated individually, depending on the weight and country of delivery.

4. The Seller is not liable in the event of providing incorrect address data in the order form. It is possible to resend the parcel after the re-payment for the shipping costs.

5. The Seller ships the purchased products from Monday to Friday.

6. When collecting the parcel from the courier, the Customer shall check whether the package and the contents of the package have not been damaged during transport. The Customer is obliged to check whether the products are not damaged in the presence of the person delivering the parcel. If the parcel is damaged or if the tapes are broken (cut), suggesting that the parcel has been opened by unauthorized persons, do not accept the parcel and report the damage in the presence of the courier and contact the seller as soon as possible. In the case of damage to the ordered products in transit, the basis for the complaint is „Damage Report Form” fulfillment in the presence of the courier, with a clear indication in the above-mentioned „Damage Report Form” caused in transport: damage to the packaging, damage to internal packing and damage / destruction of the shipped products.


CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY 

1. The Customer has a legal right to change his mind and cancel the contract between the Seller and the Customer within 14 days of delivery of your products without giving a reason. To exercise the right to cancel, the Customer must inform the Seller of his decision to cancel the contract with the Seller by making a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email or a telephone call)

2. . The right to return shall not apply in the case of products made to order, where the product's properties have been specified by the Customer, by choosing individual options in the order form. The right to cancel the contract also does not apply if the product has been mechanically damaged, for reasons for which the Seller is not responsible, in particular due to improper use.

3. The products shall be returned in an unused condition and in the original packaging to protect the product during transit, together with a proof of purchase,  to the following address: TaRama Dawid Węglarz, ul. Krańcowa 36F, 39-300 Mielec, Poland

4. The Customer sends back ordered products at his own cost within 14 days from the date of contract cancellation. When returning products, the Customer shall be obliged to protect products from destruction. 

5. The Seller may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of products supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by the Customer. The customer is only liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from the unfair and/or unreasonable wear and tear of the product other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products. 

6. The Seller refunds the Customer through the payment method used by the Customer to pay, unless the Customer agrees to other methods of refunding the money. The Seller refunds  to the Customer any payments made by the Customer, including the costs of delivery, within 14 days from receiving the statement of  the contract cancellation.

7. If there is a need to refund for a transaction made by the Customer with a payment card, the Seller refunds to the bank account assigned to the Customer's payment card.


COMPLAINTS

1. As a consumer, the Customer always has legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described. If the Customer is returning the products to the Seller because they are faulty or mis-described, the Seller shall refund: the price of the product in full and any applicable delivery charges.

2. If the products have defects, for which the Seller is liable, the notification of the fact to the Seller, together with the relevant request, should be made to the email address: info@tarama.pl

3. The Seller shall respond to the Customer's request promptly, however, not later than within 14 days from the date of notification. The response to the complaint is sent to e-mail address provided by the Customer.


OTHER INFORMATION

1. In matters not regulated in this Regulations, commonly applicable provisions of Polish law apply, in particular: the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights, the Act of 23 April 1964 Civil Code, the Act of 17 November 1964 Code of Conduct civil.
